Now the new feature for image quality has been done, welcome to test Spire.PDF Pack(Hot Fix) Version:3.8.68.
Here is sample code for your reference.

In additon, the issue you posted on Sep 22, I got information from our Dev team that it is resolved, and waiting for testing.

The latest version available in NuGet is 3.8.45, the version 3.8.68 does not exist.

Can you please check it?
