Yes, vesrion 3.8.8 doesn't fix the issues I mentioned. We just release Spire.PDF Pack(Hot Fix) Version:3.8.22 which resolves the two issues. About the issue you posted on Sep 22, once there is any great progress, we will inform you.

I'm having another issue with the quality of the images, after the conversion the images lost quality.

I converted the same .xps file, using another converter and the image looks great.

I would like to send you an example, but i only can upload 2MB.

About the issue you posted on Sep 22, our Dev team found the reason caused the issue, they are working on it. Once it is fixed, we will inform you.
About the issue you posted on Oct 20, by investigation, consider the size of result document, we will compress the image, so the image quality will be changed. Even Adobe will do that.

Is there any option that i can disabled to not compress the images? Or to obtain a better result, closer to the other example a send you guys?

I need that the image looks as good as possible... I do not want the image loosing quality.
