Hi,

I am using Spire.Doc Pro Edition Version 5.3.

In my application, I convert richtextbox rtf to png file. I have observed that in the image file, formatting is changed. e.g. some words which are in second line in rtf moves to first line in image.

I saw on website that new version of Spire.doc is available "Spire.Doc 5.5.71 supports to set the color for different levels bookmark". How can I upgrade to this version?
Will my issue get resolved with this upgrade?

Regards,
Sharda.

Hello,

Thanks for your inquiry.
Please first download the Spire.Doc 5.5.71.
Then please remove the old dlls from your project, and add the new dlls ( Spire.License.dll, Spire.Doc.dll and Spire.Pdf.dll ) as reference.
If your issue is still exist, please offer us your sample rtf file.
It would be helpful to replicate the issue and work out the solution for you ASAP.
If the information is confidential, you can send it to us ( [email protected] ) via email.

Hi Sweety,

I tried using the new dll's but the issue is not resolved. I have create a sample application and sending you to this [email protected].

Please build and run the application.
1. Click on "Convert AAA.rtf to Image" to convert rtf to image.
2. Click on "Load AAA.rtf" to load that rtf in rich text box which is of same size as image.
3. Compare the image output and rich text box content. "also" in richtextbox is displayed in second line while in image its displayed in first line.

Regards,
Sharda.

Hi Sweety,

I have noticed one more issue. For a given font size, the text in rich text box is different than text in image.
In rich text box, the text looks slightly bold than image.

I will send the image attachment through email.
Also you can reproduce this issue using the same sample app.

Regards,
Sharda.
