Hello,

Thanks for your reply.
Please try to build your project as 32bit and then try again. If it still can not work, please run HTMLToPDF demo in your local machine, and tell us how it works.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.
The environment of your test server and production server's is same? If so, please make sure the configuration of your test server is same as production server's.

Hi, I keep trying but I can´t make the demo to work on a Windows 2008 R2 Standard Server, so this is what I´ve done:
1- Downladed windows 2008 R2 Standard 180 days trial from http://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download ... x?id=11093
2- Install it on a brand new Computer
3- Add the Web Server Role
4- Set up the demo project

The folder and permissions are OK but I still have the same error:
" The conversion provider cann't be found.
Please make sure:
1. the folder "plugins" under the same folder of Spire.Pdf.dll
2. exists "plugins\HTMLConverter.dll" and other "plugins\*.dll"

It might be an issue with that specific windows Server version?

I´m attaching a snapshot of the output of the WINVER console command

Thanks in advance

Luciano

Hi,

I am trying your solution and it's work for me.
But my result page is blank. it's because I am using aspx file ? not html file?
I am also trying using your sample wikipedia but also return blank.

it's it something wrong?

Hi ivons,

Thanks for your inquiry.
In general, using correct ASPX file would not return blank result.
With the latest Spire.PDF Pack(Hot Fix) Version:5.1.16 and the code you provided, I could get the result PDF which is not blank from Wikipedia, yet the result is not good. Did you use the same version?
To help us solve your issue accurately and quickly, could you please provide your actual HTML or a sample project for showing your issue?

Sincerely,
Betsy
