Hello, I am unable to load a pdf file that was printed to pdf via Excel. This is a requirement for us as we are operating on files from a large user base and cannot control how the users are saving pdfs. I have tried loading the file from a memorystream and have also tried loading the file directly, neither worked.

I am using Spire.Office for .Net Version 4.11.2

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Thanks for your inquiry.
I have used following code and Spire.Office V4.11.2 to load your PDF, everything worked fine.
Code: Select all
            PdfDocument doc = new PdfDocument();
            doc.LoadFromFile(@"TEstSaveASPDFNew.pdf");

            //Or load from stream
            //MemoryStream stream = new MemoryStream(File.ReadAllBytes(@"TEstSaveASPDFNew.pdf"));
            //doc.LoadFromStream(stream);

Do you encounter exception? Please provide the following information:
1. The description of your issue
2. The code you were using
3. The OS and Region information, e.g. Win7 64bit, China/Chinese

Sincerely,
Betsy
