Our team has few functionalities on PDF documents listed below
1. Documents (doc/docx) conversion to PDF
2. Image (jpg/jpeg/png) conversion to PDF
3. Merging PDF documents
4. Text to PDF
5. Documents (doc/docx) to text conversion
6. Filling PDF Forms

We have license for Spire.PDF & Spire.Doc and the above listed functionalities are working with .Net 4.7.2, but we are facing issues with .Net Core 2.0 in linux environment.
Because of the issues from Spire.PDFNetCore & Spire.DocNetCore in linux environment we switched to Spire.OfficeNetCore and we don't have any issue except evaluation warning.

There are few functionalities which we are in need, could you please confirm if the below functionalities also support in your library
1. URL to PDF
2. Html Text to PDF (should support javascript)
3. Html with Custom headers & footer to PDF
And we want to renew to Spire.Office/ Spire.OfficeNetcore if all the above functionalities also support with your library?

Thanks for your inquiry.

Regarding evaluation warning, we checked the records and found that your license has expired in 2019/11. Therefore, if you are using the most recent version of Spire.Office, you will get the warning message.

As for your other questions, here are my answers.
1&2. Yes, Spire.PDF supports converting HTML URL/ text to PDF, you can refer to this tutorial: Convert HTML to PDF with New Plugin. It supports JavaScript, but I'm afraid it doesn't support complex JavaScript very well.
3. It doesn’t support setting custom headers and footers directly during the conversion. But you can use other functions of Spire.PDF to add custom headers and footers after the conversion .
