I am too facing issue for print.
I have web application hosted on my local IIS.
I am using the doc.Print function to print the pdf file but print function is taking too much time and not printing the document to default printer.
Below code gives me the list of printer.
List<String> fPrinters = new List<String>();

foreach (String fPrinterName in PrinterSettings.InstalledPrinters)
{
fPrinters.Add(fPrinterName);
}

1) Your input document.
2) How long did it take to print on your side?
3) The name of default printer.
4) Testing environment (E.g. Windows 7, 64-bit).
