Hello,
As per the below logic provided by you we are able to print the barcodes and scan them perfectly when printed from Dymo 450 series.. but while doing the same from zebra printer(ZM400) we are unable to scan the barcode. Is there anything that we can set while sending the PDF to print? Or is there something needs to be done while generating the barcode itself?

Code: Select all
 PdfDocument doc = new PdfDocument();
            doc.LoadFromFile(@"LOCATOR_0000764796.pdf");
            PaperSize paperSize = new PaperSize();
            paperSize.Width = 215;//inch*100
            paperSize.Height = 125;//inch*100
            paperSize.RawKind = (int)PaperKind.Custom;
            doc.PrintSettings.PaperSize = paperSize;
            doc.PrintSettings.SelectSinglePageLayout(PdfSinglePageScalingMode.CustomScale, false, 100f);
            doc.Print();

Hello,

Thanks for your feedback. I found the barcode image in the PDFs you shared had lower quality, maybe it was the reason. You could give an higher quality when generating the PDF and try again. If it's not work, please share us the PDF and result label paper for further investigation.
Code: Select all
                //set an higher quality(the second parameter)
                page.Canvas.DrawImage(image,100, 30, 30, fitWidth, fitHeight);

Best regards,
Simon

Hello,
Below is the code which we are using while generating PDF.
Code: Select all
 // To convert HTML to PDF using Spire Pdf
                Spire.Pdf.PdfDocument pdf = new Spire.Pdf.PdfDocument();
                PdfHtmlLayoutFormat htmlLayoutFormat = new PdfHtmlLayoutFormat();
                htmlLayoutFormat.IsWaiting = false;
                PdfPageSettings settings = new PdfPageSettings();
                settings.Orientation = PdfPageOrientation.Portrait;

                pdf.PageScaling = PdfPrintPageScaling.ActualSize;
                pdf.PageSettings = settings;
                string htmlCode = templateInfo;
                Thread thread = new Thread(() => { pdf.LoadFromHTML(htmlCode, true, settings, htmlLayoutFormat); });
                thread.SetApartmentState(ApartmentState.STA);
                thread.Start();
                thread.Join();

                pdf.SaveToFile(filePath + fileName + ".pdf");

from the above code how can we set the quality of PDF. Actually we are converting HTML to PDF and in that html template we have image tag where we are sending base64 encoded string to that image tag.

Hello,

Thanks for your information. It's not available to adjust the quality when converting HTML to PDF. But you could try the New Plugin which has a better quality. Please refer to the below documentation to use it.

Hello,
New plugin is generating PDF in visual studio. But after deploying to our DEV server (Windows Server 2012 R2) plugin is not working. Its not even generating the PDF. Below is the error message that we are getting after deploying to server.

The conversion provider cann't be found. Please make sure: 1. the folder "plugins" under the same folder of Spire.Pdf.dll 2. exists "plugins\HTMLConverter.dll" and other "plugins\*.dll".

Hello,

Thanks for your inquiry.
While doing web printing, it's only allowed to invoke the printer on the Server and the printer on the Client is not allowed. When invoking the printer on the Server, if the printer supports printing via System.Drawing.Printing. Please use the following code.
Code: Select all
            PdfDocument doc = new PdfDocument();
            doc.LoadFromFile(input);
            doc.PrintSettings.PrinterName = "printer Name";
            doc.Print();

If the printer doesn’t support printing via System.Drawing.Printing. In the case, the proper way is to use the unmanaged XpsPrint API. Please find the attached XpsPrintHelper class and use the below code.
Code: Select all
            MemoryStream ms = new MemoryStream();
            PdfDocument doc = new PdfDocument();
            doc.LoadFromFile(input);
            doc.SaveToStream(ms, FileFormat.XPS);
            ms.Position = 0;
            XpsPrint.XpsPrintHelper.Print(ms,printerName,"My printing job", true);

Best regards,
Simon
