Hello,

Thank you for your feedback,
The Office version need to include updates for all other products, the release time will be later. We will notify you once the Office version is released.

Also, is the older version of Spire.office currently being used in your project? At present, our products are independent, if you are using a newer Spire.Office version, there is no need to wait for the Office version update.

You can try first remove all Spire references from your project, install Spire.Office 11.5.0, and then install Spire.PDF 12.6.9 version for verification. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact.

Sincerely,
Lisa

Dear Amy,

Thank you for your update.

We have tested Spire.Officefor.NETStandard 11.6.1, and it is working fine . However, it is still displaying the evaluation warning.

We have purchased a Spire.Office.NETCore license.

Could you please let us know what steps we need to follow ? If there are any specific instructions or configuration changes required, please share them with us.

We look forward to your guidance.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Ceipal

Dear Ceipal,

Thank you for reaching out.

Regarding the evaluation warning you are experiencing with Spire.Officefor.NETStandard 11.6.1, please note that the version you are currently using has been released outside the validity period of your current license.

To clarify our licensing terms: our licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. During this period, you are entitled to free access to all product updates and new versions. After the one-year term expires, if you choose not to renew, you can continue to use the last version released within your valid license period indefinitely. However, newer versions released after the expiration date will not be covered and will display an evaluation warning unless the license is renewed.

Since version 11.6.1 falls outside your current license validity, you will need to renew your license to use this latest version without any evaluation warnings.

Please let us know if you would like to proceed with the renewal, and we will be happy to assist you further.

Sincerely,
Amy

Dear Amy,

Thank you for your reply.

I think there was a misunderstanding.

Our question was about Spire.Office.NETCore 6.12.1, but your response was about Spire.Officefor.NETStandard 11.6.1 and Spire.PDF.NETStandard 7.12.1.

We have purchased a Spire.Office.NETCore license. We would like to know what steps we need to follow to resolve the Conversion of PDF to HTML issue in Spire.Office.NETCore 6.12.1.

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,
Ceipal

Dear Ceipal,

Please accept my apologies for the delayed response due to the weekend.

Thank you for your reply and for clarifying your question. I realize now that you are asking about fixing the issue specifically in the older version, Spire.Office.NETCore 6.12.1. Please allow me to clear up any misunderstanding.

First, please note that we do not differentiate between .NETCore and .NETStandard for our licenses. The Spire.Office for .NET license you purchased is universally applicable to both the .NETCore and .NETStandard packages, as well as to our individual products like Spire.PDF and Spire.Doc.

Regarding your request to fix the PDF to HTML conversion issue in version 6.12.1, we must respectfully inform you that we do not maintain or provide patches for older versions. All our bug fixes, improvements, and updates are exclusively released in our latest versions. Therefore, to resolve this issue, you will need to upgrade to the latest Spire.Office 11.6.1 package, which requires an active subscription with renewal.

We understand this means an additional step for your team, but upgrading ensures you receive all the latest fixes and performance enhancements. Please let us know if you would like to proceed with the renewal, and we will be happy to assist you with the quotation and upgrade process.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Sincerely,
Amy
