I found that the attachments only includes one pdf document(OtherDocuments_STAMPED T-MOBILE_05-12-2022 112225.pdf), do you have any other pdf documents not provided? Looking forwarding to your reply.

Yes. I had other pdf file I was trying to merge ( one converts .docx to pdf) but if I remove the file provided in previous email the process worked.

Thanks for your inquiry.
The Pdf file itself has problem, there will this message (as shown in the screenshot below) when I used Adobe to open it. Meanwhile, I also failed to merge this pdf file with other pdf file using Adobe.

Yes, I aslo can open it through Edge, and I found that the content of the page after page 43 is not visible(as shown in the following screenshot). However, in any case, since Spire.Pdf is based on Adobe’specifications, this issue can’t be judged as a bug.

Hi,
we have been using Spire.pdf to convert and merge different files types (.docx, .pdf, .jpeg, etc-) into one pdf document. These work most of time but some file throws error. we are using spire.pdf version 10.7.21.1046

While merging it throws following error

According to your description, this error should be related to the document. You can send it to [email protected].
But outlook also has the size limitation for attachment. You could upload your file to the DropBox or OneDrive and then share the download link with us. Thanks in advance.
