When converting PDF files it is showing empty error page. My PDF file contains check boxes.

pdf.LoadFromFile(targetFilePath);
Spire.Pdf.PdfDocument pdf1 = new Spire.Pdf.PdfDocument();
PdfPageBase page;
for (int i = pgcnt; i < Page_Number; i++)
{
page = pdf1.Pages.Add(pdf.Pages[i].Size, new Spire.Pdf.Graphics.PdfMargins(0));
pdf.Pages[i].CreateTemplate().Draw(page, new System.Drawing.PointF(0, 0));
}
path = HttpContext.Current.Server.MapPath("~/convertionalpdf/" + Convert.ToString(pgcnt) + "_" + Convert.ToString(Page_Number) + "_" + sFileName);

pdf1.SaveToFile(path);

Hello,

Thanks for your inquiry.
I simulated a PDF file with several checkbox fields, and then tested your case with the latest Spire.PDF Pack(Hot Fix) Version:7.2.9, but the result is not the empty page.

To help us investigate further, please provide us with your input file. You could upload it here or send it to us ([email protected]) via email. Thanks in advance.

Sincerely,
Brian

Thanks for your follow-up.
We are still checking this issue as we are facing issue as,

Could not load file or assembly 'Spire.Pdf, Version=2.7.18.4020, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=663f351905198cb3' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference

I have removed old version from references and rebuild the solution. However I am getting the same error.

Could you please tell me the solution for this?

Thanks

Hello Syed,

Thanks for your feedback.
Please make sure you have referenced all the dlls of Spire.PDF from the same folder. Below is the information of the dlls in NET4.0 folder of Spire.PDF v7.3.1 for your kind reference.

Spire.License.dll 1.3.8.40
Spire.Pdf.dll 7.3.1.2040

Besides, are you using multiple components of Spire in the same project? Since each of our products is independent and incompatible, if you want to use multiple components of Spire in a same project, you need to download the Spire.Office (the latest version is Spire.Office Platinum(Hotfix) Version:6.3.3) to avoid incompatibility issues.

If there are still any issues, please provide us with your project and we will investigate it further. Thanks in advance.

Sincerely,
Brian

Thanks for your suggestion.
Yes we are using all components in same project. As mentioned above, i have downloaded the office package and tested and it is working fine.
However it is showing red evaluation warning message at the top of the page even though we have a valid license.
Any help on this would be really appreciated.

Thanks,
Syed

Hello Syed,

Thanks for your feedback.
Kindly note that our license is based on one year subscription. The 1-year subscription enables free priority support and updates for one year, after the subscription expires, you can still use the licensed version of the product, but the new releases and hotfixes are no longer available. Our Spire.Office v6.3.3 was released on 03/12/2021. If your license subscription has expired before then, the evaluation warning message will appear on the generated file. Please check if your license has expired.

Besides, we don't find the purchase information related to your register email. Could you please provide your Order number or purchase email so that we could record your purchase information?

Sincerely,
Brian
