Check if pdf contains vector graphics

Hi, is it possible to check whether a pdf file consists of vector graphics? And how can I extract this vector graphic from the pdf file and convert it, e.g. into a png with 300dpi?

Hi, sorry for my late response. I can't give right now a pdf because these pdfs are from a customer of us and I'm not allowed to distribute them. Is it possible that you can show anyway how I can extract an image, e.g. png, from a pdf page which consists of vector graphics_
