When saving a doc to PDF, the lines in the table become bo

Hi..

When saving a doc to PDF, the lines in the table become bold.
To be honest, I don't know why our employee use tables with these weird borders.

However, save to pdf as spire, it seems correct that the table line is strange.
This issue does not occur when directly opening a word file and saving it as a pdf.

Could you please confirm it?
