I'm using Spire.PDF 9.7.0 java to test the function of converting pdf format file to tiff format file.

My mac version is 13.4.1

```java
PdfDocument pdf = new PdfDocument();
//Load a PDF sample document
pdf.loadFromFile("fax_test.pdf");
//Save all pages of the document to Tiff
String tiffFilename = "output/PDFtoTiff.tiff";
File file = new File(tiffFilename);
file.getParentFile().mkdirs();
pdf.saveToTiff(tiffFilename);
```
But the converted file can't be open.

And what if I want to use the compress type bi-level group 3 and bi-level group 4? Does Spire PDF support it?

Hi,

Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the inability to open the TIFF files converted from PDF using our product on your Mac system.

We have conducted tests on our Mac systems, and we encountered a similar problem where the TIFF files couldn't be opened using the default image viewer. However, we found that the same TIFF files could be opened successfully on Windows systems.

We recommend trying alternative image viewing software on your Mac system. There are several third-party applications available that may provide better compatibility with TIFF files. Additionally, you can also try transferring the TIFF files to a Windows system and opening them there to see if they can be accessed correctly.

I don't quite understand your another question. Could you please describe it or provide us with some screenshots to illustrate. Thanks for your assistance.

If you have any further questions or require assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Best regards,

please search it in the wiki: Group_4_compression

We mainly use tiff to send fax. So the tiff need to be compressed in CCITT3 or CCITT4.

Other product such as aspose support this feature.

You can search aspose convert-pdf-pages-to-pixelated-tiff-images

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback. I consulted with our development team regarding this matter, and they have informed me that the functionality you mentioned did exist in the past.

However, due to some issues and suboptimal performance, combined with its relatively low usage, we made the decision to deprecate and remove this feature from subsequent versions of our product.

We understand that this may be disappointing news for you, apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you have any further questions or if there is anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to let us know. We are here to help.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,
Triste
