The '#' character, hexadecimal value 0x23, cannot be include

I am getting below error which trying to access one of the prooperty ObjPdfDocument.XmpMetaData

Error : "The '#' character, hexadecimal value 0x23, cannot be included in a name."

I am using spire.pdf version 3.9.285

Please do the needful ASAP.

Firstly, please upgrade to our latest version (Spire.PDF Pack(Hot Fix) Version:4.4.6) to test again, if the issue still occurs in the version, please provide your input Pdf file ( you could send it to us via email [email protected] ) along with the code you were using to help us better investigate your issue.

well i have tried to upgrade to latest version but it was giving me evolution warning message in pdf.
Dont know how to resolve that.
Can you please help me on that?
