Text getting overlap while converting to .svg

PdfDocument.SaveToFile is having issues with some text in the PDF.
I'm trying to convert a pdf to svg.
After the file has been converted to svg, some words are getting overlapped with each other.
I'm using Spire.pdf version 7.4.13.0.
I have also tried with version 7.10.4.0. Same issue exist in this version too.
Can you please suggest a solution for this please?

With the attached PDF the issue is on 4th, 7th, 9th and 11th page.
