Is there a way to specify auto font size for a textfield?
For example, if the field is only 50 points wide but the user so many characters that the value does not fit.
In Adobe Acrobat, you can use their Appearance tab and set font size to auto.
Is there a way to do that in Spire.PDF?

P.S. How can I tell what version of Spire.PDF i am using?

Hi,

Thank you for your inquiry regarding the possibility of specifying automatic font size for text fields in our PDF product.

After investigating your request, we regret to inform you that our PDF product does not support automatic font size based on the length or content of a text field. Instead, our product utilizes the font and font size specified by the customer and calculates the width based on this information, after which the text is laid out accordingly.

For your second issue, if you install our product via Nuget, you can check the version in Nuget manager, if you import the DLLmanually, you can hover over the mouse to view the version information of the DLL, see attached screenshots.
