Hello!

I'm working on a project to the company that I work for, we will deliver an MVP that will read excel files, but in the second or third major release, it will be replaced by data received by the APIs (No more use of excel files).

I already have a solution with a third-party component to read tables from excel, but charts it is not working.

To resolve the charts problem I tried the FreeSpire.XLS and I was able to export the charts to images as I wanted, but only the first chart.

I tried the evaluation package Spire.XLS and exported all charts with the "evaluation warning".

But as it will be a temporary use, my company doesn't agree with buying a component to do it.

Finally my question:

Can I use in a business software this evaluation version? Or It would be illegal use of the tool?
(I don't care if the charts images came with the evaluation warning, because this excel feature will be removed in a few months)

If I cannot use without buying it, I'll head to another solution.

Thanks,

Raoni Zacaron.

Thanks for your answer!

One more question.

I saw that I can convert word documents in a few other formats,

but what I'll need in the future is to generate a new word document from .net core objects, like a report of the system.

Does Spire provide any kind of solution for that? Generate new word file with chapters, paragraphs, charts, formatted texts...

This will be permanent on my system, that I can try to get permission to acquire a license.

Hello,

Thanks for your reply.
Our Spire.Doc component (the latest version is Spire.Doc Pack(hot fix) Version:8.4.10) supports creating and editing Word documents. For the functions you mentioned, except for creating charts, they are all supported.
There are many tutorials of Spire.Doc on our website, you can refer to them. Meanwhile, you can also download the MSI (Spire.Doc Pack Version:8.1) on our website and install it. After installation, you will see many demos under the installation directory.
Feel free to contact us if you have further questions.

Sincerely,
