We have Spire.Office licence, and we have the Spire.Office 9.10.0 version (because of https://www.e-iceblue.com/forum/xls-content-error-double-value-t13456.html)
Everything worked well until Wednesday. There was a server restart on Wednesday night. After that
- First time the generated excel is good,
- For the second, and after that we get a "Evaluation Warning" generated excel. :|
(The program/software has not changed)
Why? What is the problem? Could you fix it on your logs?

Sorry for the late response due to the weekend.
After reviewing your purchase information, we found that your company has acquired the Spire.Office for .NET Developer Small Business. Please note that this subscription permits usage by 1 developer and 1 deployment location, each identified by a unique MAC address. Using our products on machines that exceed these limits will result in watermarks appearing. I guess your server may have dynamically changed its MAC address after restarting.

The Developer Small Business license is not sufficient for your usage scenario. We recommend upgrading to the Developer OEM (unlimited MAC addresses) license type, which provides more flexibility and can be used across multiple locations.

If you need upgrade the license or have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

oops! :-( Ok, we have only one app server, and we renewed in January this year, so we used only for two months.. :-(
Ok,
- Could you send me the logged mac-address to my email?
- Or I will send you the new MAC-address (yesterday we set fix mode), and could you set it in your log?
- Or why not set our logged data (MAC-address) in your admin pages, in read-only mode? It would be more correct...

Sorry, but we would like use the 1 deployment location, and we paid for it for a year, not for two months!
