SPIRE PDF TO IMAGE CONVERTER : parameter is not valid

Hi,
We have a problem converting the PDF file to an image in Thai language and 2 from 10 times the same problem in English.
It’s Urgent !

Error : Parameter is not valid. responseCode=2004

in dev everything is ok, in production, when we convert many files, we get this error in Converting pdf to Image :
ConverImage(ConversionFormat,FileType) : one of these 2 params in not valid AND responseCode=2004
can someone tell me when we can receive parameter is not valid if i use the same files every time, and most of the time every thing is ok ?
we have spire.pdf version : 4.11.0.2040, and we have upgrade windows from 2008 to 2016.

Thanks for your inquiry.

Since you are using a very old version of Spire.PDF, I’d like to suggest you download the latest Spire.PDF Pack(Hot Fix) Version:7.3.3 and refer to the following code to have a try.
