Glad to inform you that we just released Spire.PDF Pack(Hot Fix) Version:7.4.13 which fixes the issue of the content was incorrect after converting PDF to Excel (SPIREPDF-4099).

Please download the fix version from the following links and test with the following code.

            //PdfToXlsxLayout method
            pdf.ConvertOptions.SetPdfToXlsxOptions(PdfToXlsxLayout.Line);
