Spire.Pdf System.TypeInitializationException ON LoadFromFile

I use Spire.Pdf .net free
i want convert pdf document to image, i wrote the following code:

PdfDocument doc = new PdfDocument();
            doc.LoadFromFile("C:\\Users\\SAPIR\\Desktop\\der\\PDF\\se.pdf");
            Image emf = doc.SaveAsImage(0, Spire.Pdf.Graphics.PdfImageType.Metafile);

I get the exception System.TypeInitializationException
Additional information: Rebooting type for 'SPR?' Raises an exception.
inner exception :Input string was not in the correct format
Workspace: win 10 ,framwork 4.5 'vs 2013
i tried to execute this application on two different computers, one with win 2007 and the other with win 2010 and everything worked fine , someone know the cause of this exception-which occured on one computer (while on the others it works fine)?

First I suggest you use the newest Spire.PDF Pack(Hot Fix) Version:3.8.102.
If the issue still exists, please provide us following information for further investigation.
1)Sample file, which can reproduce the issue.
2)The OS information of the computer which has issue, e.g. win7 64 bit.
3)Region and Language, e.g. China and Chinese.
