Spire.PDF - PDF A-2u text is missing

We received a PDF-file (format: pdfA-2u) which cannot be printed using SpirePDF-pro. Except for the letterhead the whole document is printed empty. We checked this special PDF-file - it is valid and can be opened and printed manually using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

At the moment we use Version 3.9.360.2040 of SpirePDF-pro, a test with the newest Version was unsuccessfull either.
