Hi.
I'm using Spire.PDF to combine multiple pdf documents to single item and send it to printer.
Issue is than Lithuanian symbol Ė gones from pdf when printed (marked red in atachment).
Same issue is print to pdf printers and real ones.

Code for printing:

docs[0].PrintDocument.PrinterSettings.PrinterName = user.SpausdintuvoPavadinimas;
docs[0].PrintDocument.Print(); // docs[0] = PdfDocument

Thank You for help.

Hi,

Thanks for your inquiry.
I did an initial test with the latest Spire.PDF (pire.PDF Pack(Hot Fix) Version:5.9.16), but didn't reproduce the issue that the character lost after printing. The class PrintDocument you used to print was obsoleted in new versions, please download the latest version and use the following code to try again. If the issue still happens, please provide the following information for further investigation.

1) Your input PDF document. Don't worry, we promise to keep your document confidential and we will not use it for any other purpose. Besides, you could also remove the security data of your document as long as the modified document could reproduce your issue, and then send it to our email ([email protected]).
2) Your print name.
3) Your testing environment, such as OS information (E.g. Win7, 64 bit) and Region setting (E.g. China, Chinese).
Code: Select all
PdfDocument doc = new PdfDocument();
doc.LoadFromFile("sample.pdf");
doc.PrintSettings.PrinterName = "Microsoft XPS Document Writer";
doc.Print();
