Hello .. Good night!
A doubt...
I have a code to execute printing of pdf files.
In it I can set parameters like duplex, collate, job name ...
Example:

PrintPDF.PrintSettings.PrintController = New StandardPrintController
PrintPDF.PrintSettings.PrinterName = "HP LaserJet 1330"
PrintPDF.PrintSettings.Collate = True
PrintPDF.PrintSettings.DocumentName = "PDF_Name"
PrintPDF.PrintSettings.Copies = JobCopies
PrintPDF.Print ()

My question would be:
Is it possible with the API also to set the attribution metadata of the user who submitted the print?
Today, all impressions end up being identified with the system account, because my application runs as windows service.
In the print stream, I can tell which user submitted, but when the impression is released by the API, the system account is always identified as the owner of the job.

Thanks in advance for your attention!

Hello,

Thanks for your inquiry.
Kindly note that our Spire.PDF's printing function is based on the printing function of Adobe Acrobat. Even using Adobe Acrobat, it is impossible to set the attribution metadata of the user who submitted the print. Sorry our Spire.PDF also doesn't support it. If there is any other question, just feel free to write back.

Sincerely,
Lisa
