Hello tlerner,

As for the issue SPIREDOC-10759, it can avoid by setting "doc.ResetPageLayoutCache();", you can refer to the following image to add this code for your project, if there is still any issue on your side, you can share your project for further investigation.

Hello. My company (Wespath Benefits and Investments) received a new license for 'Spire.Office for .NET' which expires 9/2025. When we use this license, it works only once. The second time we get the evaluation warning. However, the old license works without issues. Please advise. The license file is included into the project.

Sincerely,
Tanya Lerner

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry.
After reviewing your purchase information, we found that your company has acquired the Spire.Office for .NET Developer Small Business. Please note that this subscription allows 1 developer and 1 deployment location (identified by a unique machine ID/MAC address) to use it. Using our products on machines that exceed these limits will result in watermarks appearing. You can learn more information from the link below.

If the Developer Small Business license is not sufficient for your usage scenario. We recommend upgrading to the Developer OEM license type, which provides more flexibility and can be used across multiple locations. If you need to upgrade the license or have any further questions, just feel free to contact [email protected].

Thank you for your reply. Can we get temporary Developer OEM license to make sure it works before proceeding with purchase?

Can you please identify the email it was sent to?
I verified several email boxes and don't see any license from you.
I checked following: [email protected], [email protected].
If possible, please send temporary license to one of the above emails.
