Special Character at start of XML

I've begun to have an issue where special (invisible) characters are added to the start of the XML files when changes are saved. The characters aren't visible, I had to use a hex editor to see them.

I have now sent the requested extra information twice. Have you still not received it? If not, it is probably a firewall issue.
