Thanks for your inquiry.
Do you want to sign a PDF using the PFX certificate on Azure server? If so, please refer to this article: Create Digital Signature in PDF.
In addition, please note that you need to set the App Setting WEBSITE_LOAD_USER_PROFILE to 1 to allow applications on Azure to load certificates from FPX , as shown below.
