Hello,

I have been using the spire pdf tool for a while now. I tried in the past to set the license key using an actual generated key code but that never worked. So instead I loaded it from file. Which worked perfect. But now that am using it more and more often. I find it annoying to keep transferring the file wherever I am going to use it. I would rather it be in the code. Is there any way to do this?

What I have done before is:
Code: Select all
Dim LName As String = Spire.License.LicenseProvider.GetLicenseFileName()
        Spire.License.LicenseProvider.SetLicenseFileName(LName)

What I want to do is:
Code: Select all
 Spire.License.LicenseProvider.SetLicenseKey("License Key Code Here")

Hello,

Thanks for your inquiry!

I tested with your license key, but did not reproduce your issue, the key can be applied correctly. Kindly note that the license key is the value of the Key attribute of the element License of your license xml file. For your license, it's "AcYBA......qfrg==". Please make sure that you are using the correct key. If the issue still exists, please provide us with a project which could reproduce your issue, you can also send it to us via email([email protected]). Thanks in advance.

Sincerely,
