We get the following exception when using the Spire.PDF SaveAsImage method in a Citrix Terminal Server environment.

According to the error message you provided "Der Zugriff auf den Pfad "C:\Windows\Fonts\GVHOL__.TTF" wurde verweigert", I guess that your issue is caused by not having the permission to read the font information. This is because the fonts in the PDF file need to be read from the system if they are not embedded in the document. Please make sure you have permission to read the font files. Also, please confirm if this issue is encountered only in the Citrix Terminal Server environment. What about other systems (such as windows server 2016, windows7)?
In addition, our latest version of Spire.PDF is Spire.PDF Pack (Hot Fix) Version: 7.11.1. If you were not using the latest version, please first give it a try. If the problem still exists after trying, please provide the following information for us to investigate further. You could attach them here or send them to us via email ([email protected]). 1) Your sample PDF file.
2) Your complete test code.
3) Your application type, such as Console app (. Net Framework 4.5).
