RTF to RTF - NOT equal

We are evaluating this product by using the Free Spire.Net Winforms component.
It simply does not work effectively. We have a simple Rich Text file. I load the RTF file and resave it as an RTF file and the text is not equal. There is nothing special about this text that we can determine.
I've also tried loading the RTF Text into a Rich Text Box control and saving from this control using AppendRTF text and I get the same result of missed formatting.
This component does not work! Original file attached. Please ignore the information from the file.

I have applied the hotfix but it does not sesolve the issue entirely. The font sizes are more representative of the source rtf but the actual font is incorrect. The font from the originating rtf is "Times New Roman". Howerver, after using the Spire library the font is " Times New Roman"; notice the space at the beginning?
You can actually see the difference in the fonts in the sample uploaded. Regards.
