Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry.

May I ask if the file "材料系統別検出菌割合(2019年2月1日 ~ 2019年2月28日).xlsx" was generated by our Spire.XLS product? When I opened it using the locally installed Microsoft Excel 2019, it did not open in protected view, and the charts were displayed properly. Could you please let us know which tool you used to open the document?

Sincerely,
Amy

Exactly, the file is created from spire.xls. And the excel version I use is Professional Plus 2019. Are you allowing the excel application to trust that file?

Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

Before opening your document "材料系統別検出菌割合(2019年2月1日 ~ 2019年2月28日).xlsx" using MS Excel, I did not perform any other operations. As usual, I double-clicked the file to automatically launch MS Excel, and it opened the document without any issues. The document content was displayed fully and immediately, not in Protected View, and the chart data also appeared correct.

I suspect that the issue might be related to the MS Excel you are using. I also tried opening the document with other tools like WPS Office, and I did not encounter the problem you described. Could you try using other Excel viewing tools on your end to see if the issue persists?

Sincerely,
Amy
