Problem with Print Vendor printing generated PDF

We have a word document template our software converts to pdf. They are attached. When printing these, our print vendor has issues with the pdfs. They consistenly see the following error:

ERROR: undefined
OFFENDING COMMAND: limitcheck
STACK:
32
-dictionary-

This template has dynamic rows that are inserted in tables and cells from our database. We don't know why this error is occuring, but need your help to resolve
