Problem width dotted tables

I used this type of code to generate Word and PDF:

Until version 10.7.0 everything was going well.

But with version 10.7.16 or higher, the lines around the table become big dots!

Thanks for your feedback.
I have created a simple Console App to test your document, using the latest Spire.Doc_11.8.18, but I did not reproduce your issue. I have attached my result document for your reference.

1. your application type, such as Console App .NET 4.8.
2. your test environment, such as OS info (Windows 10 64bit) and region setting (China, Chinese).
