Printing blank page

Hi, I am considering to buy commercial version of spire, but to test i wanted to try the free version first and I already have problems.

I am trying to print a pdf document using freespire, but when it prints - it just prints a blank page.
The pdf document is only 1 page long, so it should not be caused by restrictions.
Further - this pdf document can be printed without problems from other programs such as explorer and acrobat.
I can also say that i have another pdf document which spire prints without problems - so I dont understand why this specific pdf file cannot be printed with spire.
Before i buy commercial version i would like to see this work, so can you please help me understand why it is not working?
I am using Freespire.pdf v. 5.10.0 on windows 10, dotnet v. 4.7.2 on a brother printer.

I can say that i have also tried the commercial trial version on the same PDF file and it has the exact same problem. Only difference is that commercial version is writing in red text that its an evaluation version.
