Hi,

Thank you for your inquiry.
Please refer to the code below to print 4 copies.
Code: Select all
Dim pdf As PdfDocument = New PdfDocument()
pdf.LoadFromFile(My.Application.Info.DirectoryPath & "\Temp\Global.pdf")
pdf.PrintSettings.Copies = 4
pdf.Print()

Hey. I have installed FreeSpire.Office 4.3.1. I am forming a pdf document, then I want to print it several times. Here is my code

Code: Select all
_document.PrintSettings.Copies = Convert.ToInt16 (numericUpDownCopies.Value);
_document.Print ();

In Debug, I see that the PrintSettings.Copies property is, for example, 2 (user enters), but still only one copy is printed! What am I doing wrong?

Hi Alex,

Thanks for your inquiry.
I used your code to print multiple copies to a real printer (HP LaserJet P1007), but found it worked well. To help us further investigate your issue, please provide the following information.
1) Your project type, such as Console Application (.NET Framework 4.5)
2) Your printer name.
3) The OS information, e.g. Windows 7, 64 bit.
4) Do you encounter the same issue when printing two copies in Adobe using your printer?

Sincerely,
Rachel

1) Windows Form .Net Framework 4.7
2) Microsoft XPS Document Writer
3) Windows 7 x64
4) Yes it is

If I print to my Canon LBP3010, then everything is fine. I think the question can be closed, although it is strange why it does not print multiple copies to the virtual printer. Thanks

Hi Alex,

Thanks for your more information.
I did notice that Microsoft XPS Document Writer cannot print multiple copies, but this should be related to the internal mechanism of the virtual printer, as printing to a real printer does not have this issue.
If there are any other questions, just feel free to contact us.
