I read in a PDF file and convert it to HTML using the Spire libraries. I then transpose some of the data from the HTML and print it out in another format.
The data contains a £ sign. This is changed to £. It seems to be something weird with the encoding but I can't work out what encoding is being used or how to change it. Are there any tools available within Spire?
