PdfHtmlLayoutFormat and LoadFromHTML does not find

Hi,

I imported all the necessary libraries but the PdfHtmlLayoutFormat data type and the PdfDocument LoadFromHTML method does not find them.
I tried this guide: /Tutorials/Spire.PDF/Spire.PDF-Program-Guide/Convert-HTML-to-PDF-Customize-HTML-to-PDF-Conversion-by-Yourself.html
but there seems to be no data type and method inside pdfDocument.

How can I go about using that type of data and that method?

Thanks for your answer. I want to clarify that I installed everything that was needed and did it twice in two different projects to verify that it is not my mistake. Unfortunately he doesn't find them at all.
I checked and Spire.PDF is already at the latest version.

The PdfHtmlLayoutFormat and LoadFromHTML methods are available on the .NET Framework platform, while they are not provided on the .NET Core platform. Based on your description, I guess that your application type is .NET Core, right? If yes, please use QT plugin to convert HTML to PDF instead. If there is any misunderstanding, please provide more information for our reference. Thanks in advance.
