PdfA3B conversion font problem

We use the PdfStandardsConverter .ToPdfA3B(convertedFileName) method to convert an existing pdf to archivable format (pdfa3b).
We use a special truetype font for our logo which is embedded to the pdf. This results in an error "cannot extract the embedded font" when the converted file is opened in Acrobat Reader. When opened in Chrome we do not have the problem.
When the file is converted by other pdf conversion tools we do not have this problem.
What causes this?

After testing, I have reproduced this issue and recorded it into our issue tracking system with the ticket number SPIREPDF-6057, our developers will investigate and fix it. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Once the issue is fixed, I will inform you asap.
