PDF Validation in ASP.Net web Application while uploading

I've been provided with PDF Validation task in my ASP.Net web Application. I need to do Preflight check for the following points.

1. Check for presence or barcode or text in a defined area.
2. Check for embedded font issues that is embed un-embedded fonts into PDF document.
3. Remove all the transparent image from PDF.
4. Check version.
5. Converting the PDF file to PDF/X 1-a standards.

I have checked for the options available Spire but they are not fulfilling my requirement. Please help.

Thanks for your interests in our Spire.PDF.
Our Spire.PDF supports the last two points. Sorry that at present the first three points have not been supported.
