PDF To Doc conversion : Complete word not captured.

Please find attached PDF, convert it in doc.
in many places complete word spelling not captured.
For Example :
Please find "th" in below content
Supervised banks and nonbanks refers to th following entities supervised



please find "c\r\nntract" in below content
………Including in the c\r\nntract with……….

please find "appropri te" in below content..a is missing like wise

Thanks for your post. After an initial test with the latest version(Spire.PDF Pack(Hot Fix) Version:3.9.511), I was unable to reproduce the issue on my side, attached is the result doc file for your reference.
To help us investigate further, please share us with the below information.
1.Region and Language setting of your machine, such as Chinese(China).
2.MS Word version, such as 14.0.4760.1000(32 bit).

firstly i convert PDF file to Doc then i converts doc to Text file.
Output text file getting convert in wrong sequence and header , footer and strikethrough not getting remove from this.
Kindly suggest on the same.

Please find PDF which convert in DOC then convert doc to text and try to remove header, footer , strikethrough, footnotes and TOC.

I just get some feedback from our DEV team that the issue can't be fixed, because Spire.Pdf saves the data in order of writing sequence of the content in PDF file when converting PDF to Word document and it can not be changed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
