It is showing below error when we are trying to convert HTML to PDF even though we have a valid license.

"Spire.PDF Free version is limited to 10 pages of PDF. This limitation is enforced during loading and creating files. When converting PDF to Image, the first 3 pages of PDF files will be converted to Image format successfully."

Any help on this issue is much appreciated

Thanks,
Syed

Hello,

Thank you for your clarification. I will check with our management to get the license and get back to you.

So it will be treated as free version once the license is expired where we can only convert 10 pages from HTML. Is that correct?

Thanks,
Syed

Hello,

Thanks for your quick response. I have attached the image of license.
We have had valid license and still we are able to convert PDF files having more number of pages.
But when we convert HTML string to PDF it is showing 10 page limitation error
Kindly review and let us know

Thanks,
Syed

Hello,

I will check with the above version and get back to you. By the way, I missed one information that we are using multiple components in the same project. We are converting Excel, Doc, Pdf to PDF. We are having the DLLs for Spire.XLS pro edition(perpetual license) right now. Is there any problem with that converting HTML to PDF?

Thank you,
Syed

Hello,

As per the above thread we are using DLLs from Spire.XLS pro edition. I have attached the license file here. Please review and let us know if we can still use this to convert HTML to PDF without evaluation warning

Thank you,
Syed

Hello,

Thank you for your follow up.
Please note that the license for Spire.XLS does not cover the functionality of converting HTML to PDF, which is performed by the Spire.PDF DLL referenced within Spire.XLS. I have tested the license file you provided, but the test results didn't display the "Free Version" evaluation warning (although it is limited to converting 10 pages). I have attached the test project for you to download.
Additionally, the version of Spire.PDF DLL included in Spire.XLS is higher than the version supported by your Spire.PDF license, so the resulting file will have a red warning message. If you want to activate licenses for Spire.Doc, Spire.XLS, and Spire.PDF simultaneously in one project, we recommend contacting our sales team ([email protected]) for renewal and installing Spire.Office via the NuGet manager in your project.

Sincerely
Wenly

Hello,

Thanks for your clarification. I will check the test project you sent
Actually the issue is when converting HTML to PDF with SPIRE.XLS license we have it was not working as it exceeds 10 pages. I am not sure if SPIRE.PDF referenced within SPIRE.XLS is acting like free version where we can convert only 10 pages

Thanks,
Syed
