Hello

I'm creating a PDF, and converting it to PDF/A using the standard code using PdfStandardsConverter (see lower).
How can I sign this PDF/A ? with an invisible signature ?

if I sign the original PDF, then obviously the signature is no more valid after conversion.

Or is signature not compatible with PDF/A ?

Code: Select all
               // convert to inputstream
               ByteArrayOutputStream baos = new ByteArrayOutputStream();
               ByteArrayInputStream bais = null;
               document.saveToStream(baos);
               document.close();
               bais = new ByteArrayInputStream(baos.toByteArray());

               // Convert to PdfA1A
               PdfStandardsConverter converter = new PdfStandardsConverter(
                     bais);
               converter.toPdfA3B(outputName);

Hello,

Thanks for your inquiry.
Our Spire.PDF supports adding signatures to PDF/A. You can refer to the article below to add an invisible signature. If you encounter any problems during the test, please provide us with more information below.
1. Your input and output files.
2. Your test system environment(E.g. win10,x64).
3. Your region setting (E.g. China, Chinese).
