Hi Lisa,
Thank you for your response.
As I mentioned before our company is not allowed to share these documents.
Please note it's irrelevant that a document has special elements or structures. Seriously, your code throws exceptions like
null pointers, index out of range, stack overflow, which all are programming errors.
Please let me know whether your team can repair the code with the given stack traces in earlier posts.
Cheers
Jan

Also see stack trace details in previous post.

The stack overflow exception originates from the following line in code: foreach (PdfPageBase page in doc.Pages)

Dear Jan,

Our Dev team made their efforts and did a lot of investigations, but there is still no good news yet. Their investigations are in a bind now. If you are willing to share your file, that would be great helpful. I understood your situation, but could you please try to remove the confidential data from your document, just make sure the modified file can reproduce your issues and then provide it to us? Thanks in advance.

Sincerely,
Lisa

Hi Lisa,
Thank you for your update. This news is highly disturbing. especially after this is going on for 2 months ..
Again, by law, we're not allowed to share these documents (with no one inside, or outside the USA).
And again the issue is not with the documents but with unsound programming in your PDF software.
Please note all 3 exceptions reported are programming and programmer errors.
Just so you know, my boss tells me the writing is on the wall and to start looking elsewhere.
One solution is you share your code with me, and I'll troubleshoot.
Cheers
Jan
