OXPS file conversion error

Hello Help desk,
We are having spire.PDF license and using version 3.5 DLL for the same.
We are trying to convert OXPS to PDF file and getting following error.
We are not able to share sample file for this as these are actual medical records of patient information.

There is an error in XML document (1, 2). --> System.InvalidOperationException: <ResourceDictionary xmlns='http://schemas.openxps.org/oxps/v1.0'> was not expected.
at Microsoft.Xml.Serialization.GeneratedAssembly.XmlSerializationReaderResourceDictionary.Read36_ResourceDictionary()

Can you please provide any remediation for this?

Did you test the latest Spire.PDF Pack(Hot Fix) Version:3.7.330 ? If the issue still exsits with the version, please provide us the sample document, as the information you provided cannot help us find the reason accurately.
