Old version in nuget for Spire.Doc.cpp

Hello, I noticed that on the download page the latest version for Spire.Doc is 11.9.0 but in NuGet the latest available is 11.6.3 this valid for almost all the cpp libraries
Spire.Doc Site: 11.9.0, NuGet: 11.6.3
Spire.Office Site: 8.11.0, NuGet: 8.6.4
Spire.Presentation Site: 8.10.0, NuGet: 8.6.5
Spire.PDF Site: 9.11.0, NuGet: 9.6.1
Is there any reason why NuGet has older versions
