My company is considering using this API solution however the generated documents (PDF & image) lack the "red seal" section that appears at the top of the generated pdf/image. Additionally, the generated PDF does not display well in Chrome where some Unicode content displays correctly however other parts do not. Please advise.

Hello,

Thanks for your inquiry!

I tested with the file you provided, but did not reproduce your issue, each character can display well. According to your generate file, I guess that the issue may be caused by the environment you are using did not have the fonts used in the OFD file. Kindly note that our Spire.PDF needs all the fonts in the input file installed in the converting environment, otherwise the generated file may lose the character which does not find the corresponding font file.

If the issue still exists after you installed all fonts in your environment, please provide us with your system information (E.g. Win7, 64 bit) and region setting (E.g. China, Chinese) for reference. Thanks in advance.

Sincerely,
Marcia

Understood. Still there is the issue of the red circular mark at the top of the document not appearing on the pdf/image being generated by Spire.PDF
