Good morning, we have a problem with the purchased license.

We have 4 environments:
1. Development
2. Tests
3. Pre-production
4. Production.

We have a web application that uses the Spire.Doc library to convert .docx documents to .pdf
The application is the same, it is deployed in the 4 environments. However, it works in the first 3 environments, but when deploying it in production the message appears: "Evaluation Warning: The document was created with Spire.Doc for JAVA"

Is there any restriction in the license to cover 4 environments?

Can you help us to solve this problem?

The most important thing is that the message does not appear in the production environment.

Hi,

Thanks for your inquiry.
Due to our products’ multiple iterations, some licenses were not available. Please send your current license to us via email ([email protected]), after the inspection, we will update your license and resend it to you. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback.
I checked the license you provided via email and did some tests with it, but I did not reproduce your issue, the license is valid. I need to ask you some questions to help us work out a solution for you.
1) Did you use the same license in your four environments?
2) Is the way you apply the license in your production environment the same as the left three environments? We suggest you use the method:
Code: Select all
com.spire.license.LicenseProvider.setLicenseKey("your license key");

Sincerely,
Triste
