Hi,
We recently upgraded Spire.Office from version 2.16.27 to 3.12.3. Ever since that, we're getting warning messages when generating reports(Please see attached screenshot). We are having the current license for Spire.office. However, our licenses for Spire.xls and Spire.pdf expire on 1/18/2019. Our application is using Spire.xls and Spire.pdf instead of Spire.Office now. According to your online document, even after the licenses are expired for both Spire.xls and Spire.pdf, our application should still work as long as we don't download new upgrades. Could you please let us know why we are getting the warnings after upgrading to Spire.Office 3.12.3?

Thanks,
Lucy

Hi Lucy,

Thanks for your inquiry.
According to our records, you had upgraded your licenses of Spire.PDF and Spire.XLS to the license of Spire.Office on 2018/3/28. So the licenses of Spire.XLS and Spire.PDF are no longer with authority from us. As for the warning information, please use your license of Spire.Office and it would work.
Any question, welcome to get it back to us.

Sincerely,
Betsy
