Licence not loading

Hello,
I'm using Spire.Doc fot .Net 14.9.11 with licence Spire.Doc Pro Edition 14.7 and Spire.PDF fot .NET 12.10.6 with licence Spire.PDF Pro Edition 12.6 (Order No.17717)
My project uses .net Framework 7.4.2

I'm using the following code for loading the licences

         // set Spire.Pdf license
         Spire.Pdf.License.LicenseProvider.SetLicense(Path.Combine(ProjectDir, "spire.pdf.license.elic.xml"));
         Spire.Pdf.License.LicenseProvider.LoadLicense();


the first attempt of manipulating/converting the template doesn't show the red warning
the second attempt shows the waring
